OUR WORKSHOP DOOR IS NOW OPEN AGAIN TO VISITORS, WEEKDAYS 9.30AM-5.30PM. WE WILL BE OFFERING EXPRESS REPAIR AGAIN FOR OTHER DEVICES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Due to the volume of devices coming through as a result of WFH/home learning/isolation, current turnaround time for most jobs can fluctuate between 1-3 business days, or 2-5 business days. This variation depends on a number of factors, including

Complexity of other jobs also in at the same time

Part/s required

Number of techs in on any given day (techs with cold/flu symptoms do not come in). We thank you in advance for your patience. Our team is small so even if one or two techs are not in, this greatly affects our productivity.

Drop off at our workshop in Moorebank, Sydney for our Express Repair Service. Drop off your video gaming console, phone, iPad or other tablet, iPhone or other phone for repair. Express Repair turnaround time is approximately 2 hours. Please note not all repair jobs are available via this service due to complexity, part availability and testing requirements. Devices with repair jobs that require more time can still be dropped off & picked up on another day, or we can post or courier it out. 

Express Repair Services must be booked so we can ensure a technician is available to complete the job when you drop off. Please fill out the booking request below.

If your requested repair time is in less than 20 hours of sending this request, please call our workshop on 02 8712 4972 instead to check availability. Responses for booking requests will be made via email (primary) or phone (secondary). Please check your spam box in case our response goes there instead.
