Apple iPad and iPad Mini Repairs

The iPad Mini, a smaller version of the successful Apple iPad, was first released in November 2012, and the 2nd generation with Retina Display released in November 2013. Before iPad Mini was released, many other manufacturers of tablets were selling smaller size tablets and a market for this was recognised by Apple. Because of its smaller size, the iPad Mini is even more portable than the iPad, and its smaller size and smaller price means that it is also more suitable for children to use. The iPad Mini has a screen size of 7.9 inches in comparison to iPad’s 9.7 inches. Like the iPad Air, or iPad 5th gen, the iPad Mini 2nd gen has Retina Display and Apple’s A7 chip.

In summary Apple’s iPad and iPad Mini is perfect for couch surfing, rather than functional activities such as word processing (although a keyboard accessory can be attached for easy typing). Its light weight and portability means that it is also be prone to accidents, like other handheld or portable electronic devices, such as being dropped or sat on.
