Beetronix payment options

Beetronix Solutions offer various payment options to make our services even easier for you. These include:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Direct Deposit
  • Cash
  • Cheque

Please only make your payment once your job has been completed and you have been instructed to do so.

PayPal

PayPal is a very fast method if you already have an account (or you can sign up for free). If paying via this method please make your payment to this email address: payment@beetronix.com.au

We will receive an email to notify us of your payment once the transaction is complete. Please note if you pay using PayPal eCheque we will need to wait for the normal cheque clearance of approximately three business days.

Credit Card

You can safely make a payment for your job via credit card by simply clicking on the PAY NOW button below.

You will be directed to the PayPal payment system. You do not need to be a member to pay via this method. We use PayPal, a well recognised and reliable company who automatically encrypt all sensitive information, to process your transaction. Your personal information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). At no time are your credit card details passed onto Beetronix Solutions.

Once you have clicked on the PAY NOW button below and have been directed to the payment system, type your first initial & surname e.g. J.Citizen in the ‘description’ panel and type the total amount payable in the ‘unit price’ panel. Then click on ‘continue’ located underneath the Visa, Mastercard, Bank icon. You will then be asked to enter in your details. Check that the total amount is correct, then click ‘review order and continue’.

Once the transaction is complete, you and Beetronix Solutions will receive an email with confirmation of the payment.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

For EFT payments we will advise you of the details upon finishing the job. It is recommended that you save and email us a copy of your payment transaction to help us help you receive your console or unit back sooner. Without an email proof we will need to wait for the transaction to clear, which can sometimes take up to 72 hours, depending on whom you bank with.

Direct Deposit

If you wish to make a direct deposit, once we have completed the job we will give you our bank account details. You will simply need to go to any Westpac branch and make the deposit. Once done, call us on (02) 8712 4972 or send us an email to notify us of your payment.

Cash

Cash can be handed to our mobile technician upon completion of your job. Under no circumstances should you send cash by mail.

Pricing Policy

All of our prices quoted and all transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Privacy Policy

Beetronix Solutions is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use information to identify your repair job, link your payments to your repair job, provide you with our newsletter and to provide you with updates. Cookies sent to your computer from Beetronix Solutions only last while your browsing on our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes.

Security Policy

When completing a payment on our website your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on repaired items that have been damaged due to negligence or misuse. We do offer refunds on jobs where the repair has not rectified the original problem, and subsequent attempts to re-repair the item has not been successful, provided the item is sent back to us within the stated warranty period and the invoice is produced. We reserve the right to choose the number of re-repair attempts.

We do not offer refunds on fees paid to a third party to cover the cost of shipping, or any fees paid for the cost of insurance opted during shipping.
