If you choose to not to repair your iPod unit, we can send it back to you free of charge. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, we will complete this within 24-48 hours (stock levels permitting) and do full testing on the unit to ensure it is in proper working order. Once in proper working order, we will then ask for your payment & your iPod unit is posted back to you once payment has cleared.

A. We repair ALL iPod models: 1st Generation iPod, 2nd Generation iPod, 3rd Generation iPod, 4th Generation iPod, 5th Generation iPod, iPod Mini, iPod Photo, iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano, iPod Video, iPhone & iPod Touch. Repairs are made with brand new Apple iPod parts.
Q. What payment methods do we accept?
A. Cash, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), cheque, money order, Paypal & credit via Paypal. Please note that a $15 fee is applicable if your cheque is returned unpaid (bounced).
Q. Does this void your Apple warranty?
A. Any repairs not done directly by Apple will void your iPod warranty. If your iPod is still under warranty, we will offer you advice on what to do.

A. We can return the damaged iPod part back to you if you wish, just simply let us know.
